This first image is a menu that Lenders and Certified Equator Agents use together to streamline the REO workflow.

Below is a look at our dashboard which gives authorized parties like our lenders access and collaboration functionality to add tasks, record and approve expenses and monitor progress as well as pull files uploaded by our office.

Messaging is handled in an REO working environment that is easy to use. A separate Tasks environment (not shown here) is similar in look and feel and is one of the most used areas in the Equator system. Tasks are created by the lender and can only be completed by the authorized parties.
