Here is the list of items we will need to get started. This includes everyone who is planning to buy a home and needs a loan.
- 3 months copies of all checking/savings accounts (assets)
- 3 months copies of employer check stubs (any raises in the near future we need to know about?)
- Last 2 years W-2's from employer
- Last 2 years tax returns (all pages)
- all credit card accts / loans (name of bank and monthly payments, car payments, old navy, etc.) no acct numbers needed.
Once you have these, then we will need you to fill out the 1003 (.pdf) and the authorization to pull credit. (.pdf) These are linked for you to download as a .pdf. Just print and fill them out.
The 1003 will be typed later, so as long as Jeff or our staff can read it, that's okay. Filling out the 1003 can create questions, so please call or email with any questions you have. Remember that the more accurate, the less surprises we face later. Call 510 742 3212.
