Here is what we charge.

1. If we lease your rental property for you, we charge 1/2 month's lease to get it rented. Ex. if your leased rent is 2100 per month, our fee is 1500 to get it rented.
2. If we manage your rental property for you, we have an 7% commission of the month's lease amount. Ex. If your rent is 2100 per month, then the management fee is only 147 each month.
