Here is what we charge.
- If we lease your rental property for you, we charge 1/2 month's lease to get it rented. Ex. if your leased rent is 2100 per month, our fee is 1500 to get it rented.
- If we manage your rental property for you, we have an 7% commission of the month's lease amount. Ex. If your rent is 2100 per month, then the management fee is only 147 each month.
